Steve at Kal Tire was an incredible help to me during my time in Prince Rupert. I'm an American who was traveling from Alaska home to Texas earlier this month and we decided to take the ferry from Juneau to Prince Rupert and drive through BC. The night before getting on the ferry in Juneau, I sheered a bolt clean off of my rear left wheel. Took the car straight to Kal Tire when we got into Rupert. Steve was super helpful in helping us find the parts for us travelers so we could continue to on our way home. We experienced some trouble with Napa, the parts dealer, but Steve was super helpful and we got everything squared away. He even fixed a slow leak in one of my tires for free for the trouble we went through with Napa. If you have tire/wheel trouble, go see Steve and the Kal Tire team.
