Pretty sure they tore the bead on my tire for a flat repair, making it necessary to buy two new ones . So i could live with that but the one woman employee in there was so rude. I told her she seemed awfully mean , she said " Ya , I get that a lot ". Just spent nearly $600 , and this level of disregard for the customer . Will not spend any money there again. read more

We were drive through whitecourt on our way from GP to Red Deer. Stoped as our vehicle felt unstable/out of alignment. They looked it over, cleaned it out, and told us there wasn't anything major that couldn't wait until we got home to replace, just ice. They cleaned us up and we got back on the road with balanced tires and the vehicle felt great. Appreciate their honesty and friendliness. They also took care in explaining what they had encountered. Horrible Customer service, store my money, My Van broke down and I took it the store and I was told it will cost $745, I requested to give me the parts after they fix they couldn't provide. the said what we fixed it going to cost you $375. We came through Whitecourt on the way north in the middle of a snowstorm October 14, 2016. The good: They would accept customers for snow tire mounting on a first come basis, where the other vendors would mount tires only by appointment with no slots open for days. They didn't jack up prices for the situation. The bad. We got to the store at 7 a.m. and were 4th in line, but didn't get our vehicle back until 2 p.m. We got no time estimate for completion when we turned over the car and no explanation for the delay. Possibly they had work booked the day before, but we came to the store about 1 p.m. and sat in the waiting room and watched as they very casually worked on our car. I don't believe their workers purposely worked slowly--they are probably just slow. I don't know how they make ends meet. Your mileage may vary. read more
