The hotel's location was very good with services located just a short walk away. The hotel has multiple small buildings that houses an outdoor vegetarian restaurant and an outdoor pizza place; both of which have ocean views. Breakfast is also served in the pizza place. The breakfast was excellent. In addition, there is a Japanese sushi restaurant next door at their sister hotel on the top floor, which boasts beautiful views of the city and ocean. Although not vegetarians, we gave the vegetarian restaurant a try. We ordered the Mac and Cheese and Beer Bites. Both dishes were very good. We also tried the sushi place, and it was average for us. Back to the room. The room was very clean and functional. As indicated, it had a clear ocean view. The housekeeping did a great job for us. We had a small issue with the in-room safe, so a staff member responded immediately and resolved it. Regarding the service, it was very good. Shoutout to the Bell Person, COSKUN, for his assistance. We would definitely return to the Payam Hotel on a return visit.

I believe there are a dozen rooms and which are very clean and comfortable. The hotel was renovated recently, the owner was very attentive and made sure to touch base with all the guests and ensure everything was running smoothly. The staff were very friendly and food was amazing in their restaurant. The hunkar begendi was beyond delicious. The hotel is on a hill and has beautiful views of a Greek Island which is very close ( we had the opportunity to visit the Greek island as well). This is definitely one of the best run hotels in Kas, and we would recommend it to couples.

I stayed for a bit and initially liked it, so I extended my stay. that was where I went horribly wrong. The hotel manager - i think his name is Yavus - booked me for the extension and was EXTREMELY rude. I really should have cursed him out and walked out then. A few days later, he insisted I change rooms immediately because my room needed to be painted. I was starving and on my way to lunch, but again, I said nothing. The toilet in the new room was disgusting. I asked that the staff clean the toilet. When I got back in, a few hours later, they hadn't cleaned the toilet, but had doused the entire bathroom with water - even the toilet seat. Again, the toilet was filthy. After that, my door refused to lock. Yavuz saw me having problems with the door. He concluded that it needed batteries and said he would take care of it later. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving my things behind an unlocked door. He told me there were cameras in every hallway and that he would definitely take care of it. I show up to my room 7 hours later and the door is not yet fixed. I call down and explain this to them in what little Turkish I know. I tell them the "room won't close"...they say they will send someone up immediately. Half an hour later, I call back and explain to them that the problem is the door. They finally send someone up. I show the guy that the door opens without a keycard. He simply looks at me and says to use the deadbolt instead. I try to explain that as a paying customer and single woman, I need a locking door. Yavuz runs in with a screwdriver and starts taking the batteries out of the door lock. At that point, I just started cursing him out, but he didn't understand a word of it. He just smiled and nodded and tried to pretend that he came back "later" as he had promised. "Later" is not supposed to be 7 hours later. A day later, the upstairs toilet started leaking onto my toilet. I realized that if I called them, they would do nothing about it, so I told them I needed a new room. After a day, I was allowed to move back into my old room. It had just been painted and was covered in paint fumes - and I have asthma. I tried to explain this to the concierge but, once again, she looked at me like a deer in headlights . She was, however, absolutely insistent that the maid come clean the two specks of dirt on the balcony. DO NOT STAY HERE! JUST DON'T DO IT!

Beautiful pool and environment.  We stayed in the attic suite which has a hot tub for 2.  The room and bathroom was spacious. Our stay included free breakfast where we were able to order menemen and omelettes.  The breakfast was buffet style and include heaping amounts of veggies, fruit, and bread.  I loved the fresh tomatoes and cucumber.  The location of the hotel is perfect. We are walkable distance to the blue lagoon and many restaurants/bars.  We were able to drive to a variety of other locations such as saklikent gorge, tlos, fethiya, yaka park and gizlikent waterfall. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind.  They were very friendly and made us feel like we were home. The only downfall was our internet was horrible in our room. They attempted to fix it by adding a router in our room but it wasnt the best. I think the internet throughout turkey just isnt good in general.  The parking is free at the hotel but the lot is small, requiring the office staff to keep our car keys to move cars to get other cars out.

We just walked to the 18 slides and kids area. Villa is away from the beach area and kind of top of the hill but with golf carts, they helped us to go to the main area and back with golf carts or I chose to walk. It is located in a garden, you are away from the crowd setting in the hotel area. The villa is also so close to the Turkish cuisine a la carte restaurant, which has the best food in the hotel. You should definitely eat there. The people are so lovely and welcoming and the customer service is outstanding. Villa was brilliant. Kitchen was restocked every day. Cleaner done a brilliant job. Hotel restaurants were lovely. All inclusive restaurant was OK. Everything was fresh and tasty. The Turkish restaurant as I mentioned above was amazing! Really not to be missed. After eating there, we didn't want to try the other restaurants. Breakfast and lunch is great, there are always food near you. My kids loved the slides and there is a kids buffet everyday, so we don't need to go to the main restaurant for the lunch. Can't think of one negative, one thing if you don't like to walk is, it's quiet hilly. There are golf buggies and buses to get around the complex though. Sea and beach side is great with lovely blue water . The beach is quite pebbly, you would really need water shoes. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the Lykia world.

There are loads of tennis courts, a 3 hole golf course, rock climbing, Table tennis, archery etc etc. There are 5 restaurants, some of which are a la carte and you must pay a supplement for but they are worth it.The main restaurant , The Marina, is situated on the sea front and has lots of choice with chefs doing show cooking as well as prepared stuff. On one day they brought out the largest baked Alaska I have ever seen. The entertainment is really good as well, acrobats, dancers and even a synchronised swimming display. Great pool with plenty of sunbeds but, as we learned from the Germans, get your towels out early to get a decent bed. The bar next to the pool is nicely shielded from the sun. The bar guys take orders and deliver around the pool. Good Turkish breakfast with plenty of food but, if you prefer, they do omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes next to the bar, at no extra charge. The lunch menu is extensive and reasonably priced as are the drinks. Rooms are 'basic' but adequate and cleaned every day by the ladies, with an extra touch on the towels into sculptures and with flowers every week. We loved the hotel and the service but, we felt, there were a few 'take ons'. The party night cost 50 Turkish lira. Good show of modern dance and, naturally, a belly dancer but the food was not very good. I say food but all it was was a steak BBQ with a few salad choices. We've had better at less cost. Air con at £4 a day???? Minibar at £4 a day???? And finally, safe at £2 a day. If you are leaving late then keep the room for £25. Sorry, we didn't and used the shower to freshen up before our journey. Having said that, it was a good stay and we did enjoy it.
