This is my first time consistently going to a…read morechiropractic center and I really appreciate Soldano's approach. *On your first visit, they won't adjust you - they'll do an assessment & x-ray so they know where they can/can't adjust (just in case because where it hurts isn't always where you can adjust - the body is one complicated machine) why don't all chiro places do this?! You'll watch a few videos in between about subluxation and what they're really trying to "solve" for. *From there, you'll come back for your assessment and they put you on a care plan. Mine was pretty vigorous 3x a week, then 2x a week then down to 1x a week & now I'm going every 2 weeks. Real talk, they spent some unnecessary energy "scaring me" into the original care plan (which is the 3x, 2x, 1x above) when I didn't need to be scared into it. I knew my body hurt and I had to fix it. Maybe it was just about delivering how serious whatever they were seeing was but I literally came in barely able to stand upright & walk properly so.....*shrug* just be prepared. It's all in all been a great experience. I have to come at night and usually am running 5-10 minutes late because I drive from work and Laura/Kim are always SO understanding about it. Soldano Family Chiro Center also offers massages. It wasn't part of my care plan & is not covered my insurance, but I did try it once & the gal I went to was fantastic though. Chiropractic care may seem really intimidating and like it may not work, but Soldano Family Chiro Center's approach has worked for me so far. I have been in agony for 5+ wks since he did an alignment on me! I called his office back later…read morethat same day to tell them that he'd hurt me & was told to just 'ice it.' I've been to the ER twice,and the chiropractor I saw 5 days afterwards in hopes he could help me get some relief (and 6x since)told me that every other vertebrae was out of alignment from dr stroup! And I am still in unbelievable pain! I originally went to him only for muscle testing but he told me that he'd only do that if I had an alignment. That should have been a red flag! I wish I could go back & walked out at that point. I am seeing yet another dr in the am in hopes of finally getting some relief from this relentless pain! This is just wrong that any dr can do this kind of lasting damage to a patient!
