Quick service and great spot to study or eat. Nice gem on campus. A lot of seating, clean and decorated well. Soft music playing. I think it was The Temptations Greatest Hits today Kitchen was closed this day but i was able to grab a pastry. It was okay but i really came for the tea.

Kaldi's was a stop for me to get some school work done today. I didn't realize their spring break hours so I did accidentally arrive 10 minutes before closing. The workers were very prompt about getting my order in and I got my coffee after a couple minute wait. The service was pretty okay. I can't expect the staff to be at 100% when I walk in minutes before their shift ends haha. While I was only there a couple minutes, the temperature inside was the shop was quite chilly. I went for my regular large hot latte but wish I had seen some of their seasonal options first because they looked tasty. Even though the shop itself was closing, I was able to sit outside and work on my computer! I was a beautiful day and I wish was able to do some more before my computer died. There were sadly no outlets outside so I had to cut my time short. Overall, very cute place and I'll likely be back another time!

How cool to have an Expresso in a former vintage train depot. Thank goodness Emory University preserved the building. Trains still go by its nearby track too! I visited them twice with one being stronger than the other. But the average was absolutely a 4 star. If you choose to set outside they have some limited areas. You will need to serve yourself however inside at the counter. The interior has lots of seating and it was full of students. The barista was a highlight on my first round explaining how they construct a Expresso and recommended bakery items. The Expresso was magnificent and the banana bread a delight. My second round was a mocha, not as good but great. I also ordered a scone which also was kinda just okay. Both visits courteous professional service. The baristas know what they are doing. Will be back one of these times.

Right on campus, this place is the perfect place to study or meet up with classmates if you go to Emory. I personally was visiting for an event on site and I could not have been happier that there was an actual coffee shop on the campus. This place is super rad for being a converted train station, with tons of seating on the inside and outside. Because this is on campus, you can never be sure of parking, even though there is a small lot right outside the Depot. The ambiance here is a great environment and I would totally go if I was back in the area. If I went to school there, I'd be there all the time for sure. As for food and drink, I know they had quite a few sandwich options, which could be great if you are there early or hanging out for a while and need some fuel for a day of working. Personally I was feeling coffee and a smoothie, which I think was the right move. Their smoothies were fantastic, and the coffee was a perfect craft cup. I appreciate when places actually know what a cortado is, but also include it on the menu. They are pretty quick with getting items out, which is helpful for people needing to get in and out before or between classes.

Why didn't we have a Kaldi's at Emory when I was still in school?!? I've been several times now since I've graduated... a while ago... and I'm so freaking jealous, y'all! I would have loved to have a local coffee option other than Einstein's, Starbucks or Dunkin'. So count yourselves lucky, current Emory students!! Parking sucks. I've been lucky a couple of times and found parking in the small limited time parking spots at the Depot. If you can find parking elsewhere on campus and walk over, I recommend it! I haven't tried any pastries or desserts yet but I've ordered countless lattes and caffeinated beverages from the few times I've stepped on Emory campus the past year. I don't think I've tried anything I haven't like didn't like.

This is a neat little historic building being the old Emory train depot and Kaldi's has done a great job with it. I remember coming here many years ago as a student and they have definitely elevated the experience with great coffee and food offerings. I recently spent a morning here waiting on a friend having a minor medical procedure nearby and it was bustling with folks grabbing their mid-morning caffeine fix and students studying and socializing; such a nice vibe. There are quite a few tables but it's not a huge place, so be prepared to wait a bit if you want a prime spot to camp out for a couple of hours. For coffee, my seasonal pumpkin maple latte was excellent as was the pumpkin bread (I know, doubled down on the pumpkin...because fall). While the character is great at this location the parking isn't so it's best as a walkup spot. If you're on campus, definitely hit the depot for your coffee needs.

Great spot for coffee and to get some work done! The staff is super friendly and the fall drinks did not disappoint. The music wasn't too loud and there was plenty of seating and plenty of outlets. Maybe bring a sweater since it does get a little chilly.

Amazing coffee and at a great price. Live the ambiance inside and out. Peaceful place to work or do assignments. Live their food options as well. Good for vegetarians as well. Pets are welcomed. Has limited parking. Bike/scooter accessible.

I love that this coffee shop is basically right on campus yet feels a bit removed. The vibe is fantastic--lovely covered outdoor patio seating as well as a ton of booths and tables inside. I love a coffee shop that is both open late and serves a variety of actual food throughout the day. Perfect place to do work without having to relocate multiple times of just when you get hungry. When I was on a research trip to Emory, I make a habit of stopping here for my lunch break, and loved the salad options. The coffee is pretty solid too. Not my favorite, slightly too dark for my tastes, but nonetheless good. Pro-tip, the energy/date balls are to die for and an amazing compliment to any coffee.

The ambiance is lovely, the crowd was great, and the place had a really cool vibe. I visited after hearing so much hype online, and it absolutely lived up to it. I tried two burgers and both were delicious with perfectly cooked smash patties. The standout for me was the "That Shit Slambing" -- a smashed lamb burger loaded with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, jalapeños, and Che Sauce on a soft brioche bun. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I also tried the "Patti Labelle," a patty melt made with a Superior Angus beef patty topped with pastrami, Swiss, cheddar, mustard, and chipotle aioli on their Big Beautiful Bread, served with fries. The bread was incredibly fresh and honestly one of the best parts of the meal. The only thing I'd change is the fries -- they could have been a bit crispier. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, this is a must-visit spot for every burger lover in Atlanta, and it's definitely a place I'd keep coming back to.

I ordered the "That S**** Slambin" burger and it was good. Had a unique herb sauce flavor that I actually enjoyed and made it stand out a little from a normal burger. Fries were delicious. That being said, after looking at other reviews and pictures, I honestly think I should have tried the Patti Labelle or one of the bigger burgers. Feel like that might have been the thing that really blew me away and would give me a 5. This is definitely the kind of place I'm going to keep exploring. I'll be back a few more times and could easily upgrade the review if I find the right order. Price felt fair for what you get, service was nice, and overall I'd definitely come back.

Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm. It's a walk up window spot with the menu and a bell, when you're ready to order, ring the bell. The service is friendly and succinct. Non invasive and just helpful without asking when needed. The seating area is a mix between covered and uncovered, with a small speaker playing contemporary tunes at a respectable level. There are string lights above, and I can only imagine how beautiful this all looks at night. I'd read a LOT about their fish sandwich. That it is a good size helping. That it has a great light fresh vinegar sauce with thinly sliced carrots and other crunchy veg. The fish tasted fresh fried. And I have to say, this is the Best fish sandwich I have ever tasted. I only am upset I hadn't come much sooner. I will have to return, probably on a monthly basis for that fish sandwich. There are enough pictures out there of the sandwich. You order at the window, and can take it away or eat outside. The place feels like a party when the weather is good. I don't think it is possible to order badly: the owners keep the menu tight, and everything is SO FRESH. When they run out, that's it. (The curried carrot soup will go fast, I've found.) My husband usually gets the vietnamese fried fish sandwich which is delectable with lots of flavor and texture. We rarely eat meat, but I have made an exception to try the Moroccan lamb burger which was worth it. I usually spring for the upgrade to get crispy smashed potatoes instead of chips. And it's worth noting that the drinks are also well above average: I've enjoyed the indulgence of a Bravassi hard Italian soda with my meal on a lazy afternoon, after shopping at the Second Life thrift store. Their drinks are very good, and they serve them up straightaway to savor while you wait for your order to come up. I have not yet ordered a salad but they have an array of excellent / choices, and I know they will not disappoint. I also want to note that although there is not waiter service (which makes it an ideal spot to meet friends) the staff is friendly, and well above average. It's such a great vibe, and a real bonus of living in the area. They also serve breakfast, and I feel confident in their level of quality in recommending them as a stop for anyone.
