I installed the termite trap system and after 3 or 4 years I discovered that the termites had invaded a door frame on the side of my house. Mr. Baker was not pleased when I told him that I planned to replace the door and it would probably cost in the neighborhood of $500 to $800. August 2017 is the last time I spoke with Mr. Baker and I have called and left him a message and he has not returned my call. I have not received any reimbursement from Bakers Bug Business.
