Lots of details are reviewed and their expertise was incredible when considering where to save money and where to spend it. Building a custom home is scary. It's costly. But per square foot, this build exceeded our expectations - and the assessors. Actually our home got assessed at 2x the build cost within one year of completion and it keeps growing.

My husband tried multiple times to reach him by phone but never received a call back. I reached out by email and was pleased to receive a reply with a day on which he could treat the new spot of mold. In spite of my request, he would not confirm even a loose time of day. Since we do not live in the house we needed to know when to meet him there. Ultimately, he didn't call or show up on the day he committed to.
