I told her my certificate did not have an expiration date written on it. Also, it was also only 11 months since I got it, which still fell within her yearly window. She still refused to honor it. Her comment was ,"Who waits a year to get a massage?" She was extremely rude. She said she was a small business and didn't have time to deal with people like me.....and that she was going on maternity leave and would not honor it for a date in the future.
