A specific approach developed by the Gottmans. Info can be found online through their website. Aaron went on to explain that he was going to use a couples first concept, not individuals first. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We had three sessions in total, the first session he did not follow through with the primary purpose that was set up before the session. the second and third session were run separately for us as individuals. In three sessions Aaron managed to almost destroy our relationship by using his position of "authority" to create unnecessary pressure and influence. If you want to improve your communication and relationship then I would Not recommend Aaron. He was out on his own agenda and without question made early assumptions and pushed his biased perspectives on us instead of being a neutral mediator and educator as a counselor should be. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, after six weeks and several trips, phone calls, and following their online instructions through a third party, asking for his X-rays to be sent to his new dentist, I got nowhere as well as the new dentist staff was unable to get the X-ray. Calling his orthodontist to have X-rays sent was done within minutes. I made an appointment in April for Behavioral Health for my child. I specified which office and got an appointment for August. The day before, I received a text confirming my original location appointment AND a voicemail stating that the appointment is at a different office. When I call to verify, there's a long waiting list, so I leave my number. I finally get a call, she minimizes the change by saying "it's only an intake appointment " as though it has less worth from the professional I'm hoping to establish a rapport for my child. Their inability to provide competent, professional service is appalling. Their staff who manages the phones are ill trained. My experiences with pediatrics have been on point and consistently professional and experienced.

So 4 nights ago I ended up in the emergency room they did a MRI of my abdomen and called in meds to my pharmacy (BHA) and sent me home. I waited 2 days before having to place a call to BHA to ask when I could pick up my meds after explaining to pharmacist that I was in hospital 3 days prior. pharmacist refused to fill my medication from a license Florida Doctor. Telling me I need to schedule a new appointment with my doctor. I have found a new doctor not affiliated with BHA and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida board of pharmacy. I guess we will see if BHA broke Florida laws. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM BHA!!!!!!!!!! Rude staff,no communication,THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!!!!!
