Can you say "lost business"…read more I have been a listener for a very long time and am SO disappointed. I won Disney on ICE tickets a few weeks ago! YAY! me! told my kids we are going this weekend CUE the Excitement! The gentlemen who told me we were the winners said the tickets were not in yet, but the show is in Stockton, so the tickets will be either regular tickets or E vouchers. I explained to him i live in Valley Springs, and work in the Bay so I already have a very long commute, he said if its E-Voucher tickets he can forward them to me via email, and if they are the regular old paper tickets I can pick them up from Will CALL! AWESOME!!! Just spoke to a fairly rude person at the station I'm guessing her name is Renee, who told me , umm we dont do that, you will have to come down to day before 5 and pick them up, or they will go to waste. so Sad, she didnt even care about the fact that I now have to go back and tell my kids, no disney on ice. i will go back to 103.3, 102.5 and 94.9 while i am in the Bay. i listen to iHeart radio all day at work and i stream online, NEVER again will I go back to 104.7 DEAR RECEPTIONIST: would it have hurt to even say "sorry for confusion or inconvenience"
