Here's a shocker: he wasn't recommending the most expensive option! Then he offered to come out on a Saturday...the next day! If you are lucky enough to live in this part of the world you can really appreciate how unusual that is. The next day, Rick was running a bit later than anticipated and he actually texted me to let me know that (another shocker right?!). When he arrived he was dressed professionally and went straight to work. He had our hot water tank replaced in 2 hrs! And here's another pleasant surprise: our invoice on the hot water tank was LOWER than what he quoted. We ended up adding a new pan so the total was within $100 of the quoted price even with this added piece. It's so hard to find good help in this region. Trust when you call Q you're getting a professional, timely experience at uber competitive prices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
