Your typical German bakery. I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat to go. This one is right on the Konigstrasse near the the Hbf so it gets a lot of traffic. Mind the queue! read more

Nice cinnamon baked thing that was light and flaky. The coffee machine was self-service automated and yes, it filled my bowl of coffee perfectly with delicious caffeinated coffee. Comfy spot for eating and drinking but not really a hangout inside. I enjoyed my breakfast and that was that. [Review 21247 overall - 251 in Germany - 212 of 2024.]

The staff are really friendly and patient! Tried this round "Festbrot" for Easter that was covered in almond slivers. Added some butter and a favorite marmalade...too good! The cafe is just off B27 and near the Dobelstrasse U-bahn stop, so super convenient but NOT like the congested downtown area. They offer some breakfast sandwiches too.
