Told me to perform a Covid test when I got home instead of ensuring parameters were taken & reviewed carefully. Disappointing as the doctor could definitely have done better. I've been coming here with my family since I was a kid and Dr. Liu always takes the time to figure out what your ailments are and if you need to seek a specialist. He never prescribes more than you need and its very honest in that sense. He'll let you know what the latest research says about the medication you may be considering and to me, that means a doctor who is well informed and wants the best for his patients. There's usually quite a wait time so I usually get here right at opening if I need to see Dr. Liu.

extremely rude and impatient doctor!! does not listen to your needs and just talks over you and…read morebasically tells you you're wasting his time. i've been seeing this doctor since i was a kid and hes just getting more rude over the years and makes me feel stupid with anything i'm asking for. i needed a referral for a specialist test and asked him for it. i waited 3 weeks and he still did not provide the referral. when i followed up, he told me "the forms are very difficult to fill out" and that i need to know that doctors do not know everything. also emphasized that the referral i'm asking for is not his specialty so he does not know what to write. well then who else can i ask for this referral then!?? i asked when i can expect the referral paper because its urgent and i need to get tested ASAP, he tells me "well yea, everyone's issue is urgent".. i asked if theres a timeline i can expect the papers and he goes "no" and rushes me off the phone!! i've also gone to him before as i suspect i have arthritis in my finger joints and told him about it but he goes.. "ok so what do u want me to do??" i've also been asking him for body checks for yearsssss but every time he tells me im "too young" so there's no need for one. he would also challenge what i even want to check. welll what do people check for body checks?? general health! duh! what i need tested is really time sensitive yet he shows ZERO compassion and makes it clear that i'm actually bothering him with this.

I woke up one day and I could not stand or walk I was in severe pain and So I went to the emergency room and did some blood tests and x-rays after seven hours I was sent home with no answers. I decided To get a second opinion and I want to Dr CK Yeung. Dr CK Yeung did a diagnosis on me and within minutes he knew that I had severe gout and arthritis at the same time it was extremely Inflamed they look like my bones are broken. I am glad that Dr CK Yueng was able to diligently find a solution. And I didn't have to wait seven hours.And I don't know any other doctor that is still working at midnight! Awful customer service, and I've never felt so unappreciated and disrespected at an establishment before. First off, I don't even know the doctor's name because she didn't introduce herself. The female doctor did not seem to care at all, and there is clearly no protocol or process for their business. I called a week prior to book a specific appointment, where I was then told that it was confirmed with the female doctor. When I went in the Doctor refused to do the one thing I came in for. Why? Because simply, she just didn't want to. HUGE inconvenience, and most annoying of all there was no acknowledgment of the problem or suggested solution by management. The clinic was completely EMPTY and they refused to do a freaking bare minimum check up. Absolute garbage service. I told the doctor a brief history and all the questions I had for her seemed to be brushed off. She gave no insight into the different issues I was having and offered no support for finding out further information. The one thing I did leave with though is an $80 prescription for a face cream I don't need. I originally asked for a recommendation to a dermatologist, but of course she didnt listen and didn't even give me that. She just printed it out and walked me over to the pharmacy to purchase the cream (which by the way didn't even exist, so she had to readjust the prescription) and then literally just LEFT!!! Cause she doesn't give a shit The manager tried to be accommodating. Key word is tried. He could not solve the issue and on top of that did not try and apologize for the rudeness of his Doctor. Everyone was magically before me in queue. This time, I was told 15 mins wait but I waited a bit over 30 mins for an unfriendly doctor. From experience, the doctors are good here but I'm not a fan of how the receptionist runs things. In the past, I would wait 10 mins max. I'm not sure what happened. This place used to be really good :/ Maybe call and book an appointment with a specific doctor ( not all the doctors are good here. That day, I had a bad doctor!) I don't think I'll ever come back.
