I received a very curt and quite aggressive email to say that I turned up at the wrong time.{ I turned up at the time I had booked for} I live in the UK so there is a time difference between Canada and UK. She hasn`t offered me another appointment so I have essentially paid her for a service that she hasn`t given me. I haven`t even met her but she doesn`t come across as a very caring person but just someone who only cares about money.
