Well shocker, my envelope never arrived at its destination. The last scan is still in Aurora at this post office. I was informed the post office will only cover up to $15 for each gift card even though they sell them at a predetermined amount. This type of action seems to cultivate thieves. Never will I go to this post office again since they are thieves behind the counter and their customer service seems to be fraudulent. So if you go to this post office, make sure you do not purchase a gift card and do not let Emima help you. She will steal your package. I have added a photo of her name in case I am incorrect.

The wait time for extremely long and when I got the service desk for my ID, the service rep was unprofessional and unhelpful after waiting almost 1 1/2 hours to be called. Never coming back here again and wouldn't recommend. I suggest going to the Naperville office.

I took away one star because regulars are clearly not picking up after themselves. And lots of books, but I guess that goes without saying. Helpful, well-educated staff. Mostly I like bringing the kids so they can learn to use the library. I want them to understand that boredom is alleviated when the mind is engaged - TV and shopping aren't necessary when you can spend an afternoon discovering.

When I walked in I felt like I was in an actual library because it was silent. If you need a quiet place to study this is the library to go to. The downtown one can sometimes be a zoo and the eola branch has a community center with kids going in and out. This is definitely the one library where it's quiet. Warning though, if it's your first time coming here make sure you google map it first because it's hidden away in the neighborhood and was pretty tough to find.
