My child has been sick for a large portion of the time she has attended, which raises further concerns about hygiene and illness prevention practices. Communication has also been very poor. Important updates are either delayed or not shared at all, and it often feels difficult to get clear answers about my child's day, well-being, or any concerns that come up. Additionally, there seems to be very little structure or focus on learning. Most days consist of children sitting inside with free play or watching TV for extended periods of time, rather than engaging in meaningful, age-appropriate educational activities. Overall, I had hoped for a safe, clean, and enriching environment, but unfortunately this daycare did not meet those expectations.
