I posted on a Facebook group looking for childcare to get him out of this facility after the staff gave me mixed information about the days we would pay for, and the owner began commenting on my post saying she didn't know how I had an issue before my son even started attending. She was very rude and condescending in her messages and then proceeded to send me an email the next morning saying, "I was taken aback after everything that was said on Facebook to see you ended up dropping off this morning." MIND YOU, this was after we had already paid her 1k for daycare before my son even set foot in their facility. His first day there was 1/24/22. He was there approximately 9 hours and they only changed his diaper TWICE. I believe my husband mentioned something about it to them at drop off on 1/25/22, but I also did when I noticed there were no updates of a diaper change and it was approaching 3 hours. Amanda and the teacher who I don't know, tried to lie and say he was changed more than twice; but they were caught in their lies because my son wears cloth diapers and only 2 were changed, and that is also what they documented in their own app. We sent disposable liners to make it easier for them while he's in daycare. To be PETTY and unprofessional like they are, they sent his soiled DISPOSABLE diapers home in his bag, I guess to prove he was changed instead of just apologizing and correcting their mistake. God forbid. Then on 1/26/22, his third and final day, I logged into the video app and saw none of the children had clothes on. I was shocked and sent them a message asking if what I was seeing was correct. Amanda responded stating they remove their clothes when they eat "messy" meals. I was never notified of this practice and NEVER gave consent for my son to be stripped down to a diaper for a MEAL. Are you kidding me? Let alone, I saw everyone else's children unclothed and anyone could have access to this footage. They moved him back and forth between the toddler room and infant room apparently, so large parts of the day that I was anxious to see my son, I was not able to. He started the day screaming and crying and saying he didn't want to go, and came home the same way. Lastly, if you think you will have peace of mind by being able to say your child how they advertise, be aware you only get 25 minutes a day, and they never told us this, nor is it in their handbook. After asking about my son be unclothed during the meal, I knew we were pulling him. I didn't express my concerns to the director because they didn't care up that point and chose to be petty instead of professional and I feared retaliation against my son. After clearly spelling out these issues to the owner, she never responded to my emails. 100% do not recommend! read more
