When our coffee's came out, my 9 month old son grabbed one of the coffee's, tipping it over. A waitress came out and cleaned it up for us and was very pleasant about it. However when we went in to see if a replacement coffee was being made, we were rudely told by the red-faced, angry man that why should he replace it?! If he didn't spill it, why should he have to replace it? So we paid for another one, and then to top if off the coffee was awful and the scones were dry and rubbery. I have never experienced such rude service and would recommend NEVER coming here! There are plenty of other cafés in kangaroo valley, so don't put yourself through it!! In the end, we paid $8 for the coffee and it was undrinkable.

You can get a big fat hot choc or a cake and a caffeine hit and that is all. They so old school/Nu skool they only do cash. I think some people call that hipster style.
