Maintenance is great at keeping the place up and looking good. My mother doesn't have to worry about mowing, shoveling snow, or any maintenance issues. They spray every other month or more often if need be. Children have a place to play and laundries are nice. They don't charge as much as local laundry mats do. That way my mother can continue to do her own laundry without going broke. They have all centeral heat and air and windows. Great place for elderly and disabled!
