My father isn't very computer savvy, so this is his son who was involved with him for the entire process with a Kansas Singles. At the end of his initial visit they suggested multiple plans, starting well over $10,000. That was definitely not in my father's budget, so they kept negotiating all the way down to $2000. It still seemed very high, but my father was very excited about the opportunity to meet some compatible ladies. He was promised a minimum of four connections, which breaks down to $500 per introduction. Initially, he was given a connection right away, but after speaking with the person they were very frustrated about the service that Kansas singles offered. In fact, they were so frustrated they didn't have any interest in moving forward with potential companions. That was the first and only connection that was ever given to my father, until I got involved five months later and started communication with the sales person my father worked with. I acted like a potential client, because nobody was ever at the office and I met with the same person that my father worked with a few weeks ago. I explained the situation and asked for an explanation of why my father spent $2000 and received nothing in return. She seemed very surprised and told me there was nothing she could do, because corporate would have to handle a situation like this one. I asked for 50% of his money back and we would chalk this up as a learning experience with a horrible company. After finally having a corporate person give me a call They said there's no way they would give a refund, but they would be more than happy to try to send him more connections. At this point, all we wanted to do was get a 50% refund and walk away from this scam of a company. Please don't make the mistake that my father made and save your money. Horrible experience for a very nice man who was just looking to meet a nice woman. read more
