I…read morebarely spent 5 minutes with the doctor, who poked around my mouth, ordered some blood work for a "syndrome" he didn't explain. In fact I had to ask the check-out person how to spell it so I could do my own google search. I got a call when all the tests came back normal but go no further recommendations despite still having symptoms. I had to ask to have the doctor offer more info. When I got another call with very limited feedback, the staff member who admitted she suffered from some of the same problems offered me more helpful info than anything I got from the doctor. This was the most useless doctor referral I ever had.

On one occasion when he ordered a chest X-ray and insurance refused the order. He went out of his way to get it done, he got on the phone insisted it needed to be done, re-did paperwork at their request, let me know what was happening and finally had the order accepted. I was especially relieved when the test showed problematic cells and a partially collapsed lung. The practice in general is friendly, the office is clean and convenient. I highly recommend this office.

From the time I had my initial appointment, surgical visit, overnight stay and a follow up visit, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed a Covid test done and my insurance company said they won't cover it because in their opinion it wasn't 'medically necessary'. The office helped me along with my insurance rep have the test covered for me as it was, afterall, oral surgery. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone that needs ENT care.
