I am not happy with the Kapitel Zwei's management bureau. I am not happy by the number of participants within the classes. Indeed in their website https://kapitel-zwei.de/ it is written that the minimum number of students is 5 and that the maximum number of students is 11. The first day when I arrived, I was surprised to notice that we were 13 people in the classroom... I spoke to the management bureau about this issue, and the response I got: it is because the room is big. I did not agree with this argument as independantly of the room size, the number of people allowed should be between 5 and 11 (maximum). I told to the management bureau that it is not about the room size but about how students can learn in the best conditions and how the teacher can give attention to all the students. With 11 students it is already not so easy to have enough time with the teacher, so with 13 even worse. The second argument I got from the management bureau is that after one or two weeks, people leave the course, so we would be finally less than 13 people. This argument was also not accepted: indeed it means during the first 2 weeks the learning conditions would be harder with a overloaded class. Of course at the end of the course, we still were 13 students. We missed time to follow all the topics of the course. Running after time is not the best way how to learn languages. Nevertheless the teacher was nice and patient. Generally teacher and staff were available and ready to help, but the learning conditions were not optimum (different of their website). With 13 participants, Kapitel Zwei could easily open 2 different classes : one with 7 people and the other one with 6 people. Should I conclude that for the company receiving money would be more important of the teaching / learning quality? read more

Hice dos cursos de alemán en Kapitel Zwei en los últimos meses y solamente puedo decir cosas positivas al respecto. Anteriormente visité otra escuela, pero decidí no seguir en ella por el gran número de alumnos que éramos en la clase, demasiada gente impide que no aproveches las clases al 100% y por esa razón encontré Kapitel Zwei. Las aulas tienen entre 5 y 10 estudiantes y eso es realmente bueno, ya que hay un trato de tú a tú con los profesores y eso hace que pierdas la vergüenza y te centres simplemente en aprender. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la localización justo en alexanderplatz, es decir, con multitud de posibles combinaciones para venir en bus, tranvia o metro. El ambiente en la escuela es increible, podríamos decir que es incluso familiar porque hacen que te sientas realmente bien los días que pases allí con ellos. Las encargadas de ello, aparte por supuesto de los profesores, son Daniela y Susanne, que te tratarán siempre con su mejor sonrisa y sentido del humor, teniendo además, el punto extra de que hay una mascota en la oficina, y si te gustan los perros, la pequeña Maya siempre estará dispuesta a jugar un poco contigo. I took a intensive course at this school : one month, 3 hours per day, 4 days a week, 222EUR. I must admit that I've been quickly disappointed by the teacher : only reading the book, no self made exercises, never making us practice in small groups, only asking the questions in the book one after each other. But that's only the beginning, because after 2 weeks, I've decided to stop, went to see the girl from the school to tell her why I stopped. She looked surprised. She asked me if I wanted to go with another teacher but at another time. It was impossible for me to be free at these hours. The month after, asked me if I wanted to integrate another lessons, but I had to travel, impossible for me. So 3 month after, seeing I had time, I wanted to start again the full month. I wrote to them, asked them if they could do it for half the price, because I had to stop because their teacher was too bad. Answer : they wanted me to pay 132EUR for 2 weeks. I tried to find an agreement with them, they never answered to me. So I will not recommend at all this school. I don't say that all the teachers are bad, but if you have a bad one like me, react fast and ask to change. Or go to another school, should be a better advice. read more

Llevo varios meses en esta academia y sin duda merece la pena. Antes de apuntarme me informé mucho y pregunté a amigos que estaban en muchas otras, finalmente elegí esta. En primer lugar, la calidad-precio. Las clases no sobrepasan los 10 alumnos, las profesoras son jóvenes y a parte de disfrutar enseñando, son todas absolutamente geniales (he tenido varias diferentes). En poco tiempo tienes la sensación de que son tu familia, de que pueden aconsejarte sobre cualquier trámite o simplemente duda que tengas sobre este país o esta ciudad. Además, todas las semanas se organiza un Stammtisch para conocer a gente de otros niveles o simplemente para pasar un rato agradable fuera de las clases. La localización también es un gran punto a favor. La academia está situada justo en Alexanderplatz, muy bien conectada con la red de transporte público. Sin duda, la recomendaría a todo aquel que quiera tanto aprender alemán como desde el principio como, en mi caso, perfeccionar y conseguir un certificado oficial, pues también tienen cursos de preparación al TestDaf perfectamente compatibles con los cursos de nivel. read more

I am currently finishing my first course at Kapital Zwei and must say it is an extraordinary school and I am very pleased with my progress. I have been in Berlun for a little over a month now and although I completed A1.1 in the states I didn't feel as confident about speaking as I do now, coming to the end of A1.2. I must say that at first, on my first day of class, it was a bit intimidating that my instructor spoke only in German, but by the third class I no longer felt lost. I believe the total immersion method works very well and forces one to really listen and adjust to a new language. I will continue taking courses at Kapital Zwei, as it is not only helping me understand German but is also quite affordable. Also, they will allow you to do trial classes so you can see for yourself if it's the right school for you! So why not?! read more

I have lived in Berlin for about four years, and signed up for a class at Kapitel-Zwei this summer to help clean up my awful German. It has been great, my teacher is very good and the class is challenging in a good way. I took two classes at the Volkshochschule a few years ago which were also good, but the classes there had twice as many people in it, and I found just signing up for it to be really complicated and kind of stressful actually. The staff at Kapital Zwei is great however, they are super friendly and it was really easy to register and get started on short notice. Encontré Kapitel Zwei por Internet. Envié e-mails a varias academias en Berlín, y sin duda ésta fue la que más rápido me contestó y más amablemente. Por eso la escogí (y por el buen precio). Las chicas que contestan a los e-mails (Daniela y Suzanne) son las mismas que dirigen la academia y que organizan quedadas para los alumnos en bares cada 2 semanas aprox. Dos berlinesas jóvenes muy simpáticas! Las clases muy bien. En el centro de Berlín. Somos entre 5 y 10 en clase. Mi profesor, Daniel, es majísimo, y aprendo bastante alemán. Y por supuesto, he hecho buenos amigos de todas las nacionalidades en clase o durante las quedadas. Hallo. Ich kenne die Inhaberinnen (Susanne und Daniela) von Kapitel Zwei noch aus meiner alten Sprachschule. Sie waren immer sehr nett und geduldig. Manchmal hatte ich wirklich sehr viele Fragen. Sie haben sich lieb um mich gekümmert. Mein Deutsch ist auch sehr gut geworden. Der Unterricht war damals toll. Am Anfang habe ich bei einer sympathischen Gastfamilie gewohnt. Jetzt habe ich eine WG in Berlin gefunden mit Deutschen. Manchmal treffen wir uns auch und unternehmen was. I Berlin. Viel Glück wünsche ich Susanne und Daniela. Am 2. Juli machen sie das Büro auf. Estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta escuela. Yo ya había estudiado en otras escuelas en Berlin y me arrepiento porque y no tiene comparación, Kapitel Zwei es por mucho la mejor! Las maestras con quienes he cursado las clases son muy buenas, hablan claramente, explican todo muy bien y son muy amables. El Staff es también súper amigable y siempre atienden a todos con una sonrisa y buscan la manera de ayudarnos. La ubicación me parece muy buena, justo enfrente de Alexanderplatz. Me gustó mucho el curso de conversación de los viernes, muy buena idea para animarnos a hablar cada vez más y mejor. Recomiendo a todos que no busquen más y que se inscriban aquí! S read more

La mia esperienza a Kapitel Zwei è stata completamente positiva. Ho frequentato un corso intensivo a livello base (A1.1) ed a fine corso si è in grado di avere un dialogo base su questioni quotidiane. I prezzi sono buoni (222€ compresi i libri), il gruppo era formato da meno di 10 persone e l'insegnante riesce a seguire tutti perfettamente. Sia l'insegnante che lo staff sono molto gentili e disponibili. Oltre alle lezioni organizzano anche attività alternative: visite a musei, ecc...in modo da poter far incontrare gente anche al di fuori dalla scuola e questo, se sei appena arrivato in una città dove non hai conoscenze, è molto positivo. read more

Jestem w trakcie drugiego miesiąca kursu intensywnego (4x w tygodniu, 3h dziennie). Polecił mi go znajomy. Profesjonalna i sympatyczna kadra nauczycielska. Dużo pracy w mniejszych grupach, zróżnicowane zadania. Bardzo wygodna lokalizacja (Alexanderplatz). Ceny również przystępne 222 euro / miesiąc. Co warto również dodać, bardzo dobra kawiarnia/bistro znajdująca się na 8 piętrze (winda) z szerokim wyborem na śniadania, lunch, obiad za dobre ceny. Całkiem wygodne, jeżeli nie zjem śniadania lub chce zjeść drugie śniadanie podczas przerwy. Generalnie myślę, że bardzo dobry stosunek jeżeli chodzi o cenę do jakości. Polecam. read more

Arrivata a Berlino per lavoro e con la necessità di migliorare il mio tedesco in pochi mesi sono capitata quasi per caso alla Kapitel Zwei. Che dire? in poche settimane il mio tedesco è già migliorato grazie a un corso intensivo ben strutturato e un'insegnante molto preparata ma soprattutto paziente! Le ragazze dell'ufficio inoltre sono sempre state molto gentili e disponibili fin dal primo minuto per venire incontro a tutte le mie esigenze. Avendo già provato altre scuole a Berlino (quindi avendo termini di paragone) non posso che consigliare vivamente la Kapitel Zwei! read more

Kapitel Zwei est une petite école d'allemand très centrale à Berlin. J'y ai suivi des cours et ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité des enseignements et la disponibilité des professeurs autant que des membres de l'administration. Nous étions moins de 10 par classe, ce qui est rare et très appréciable. De plus les prix sont loin d'être les plus élevés sur ce marché ! Je recommande totalement Kapitel Zwei et envisage d'y retourner si je repasse un jour par Berlin et que je veux reprendre des cours. Bons progrès à tous ! Mathilde read more

Leider, bis jetzt hatte ich keine Zeit Deutsch richtig zu lernen aber ich freue mich sehr Kapitel Zwei zu finden.Es gibt 8 Leute in unseren Klassgruppe, die kommen aus der ganzen Welt und es ist sehr interessant seine verschiedenen Geschichten zu hören.Unsere Lehrerin, Melanie, war Super! El ambiente de la academia es genial. En poco tiempo te sientes como en casa. Eso sí, hay que tener sobre todo disciplina de uno mismo y dejarse llevar por todo lo que ofrece la ciudad. La propia academia ofrece multitud de excursiones y quedadas para relacionarte con los propios estudiantes de la academia. En relación calidad-precio es impresionante y además las clases son familiares con pocos alumnos. A good mixture between grammar, vocabulary and speaking practice. As per my experience, regarding my teacher I can tell that he's proficient, professional and willing to help students. Class are not that big (12ppl) and it's really easy to speak and practice. Once in a month there is get together for the all school where you can socialize and speak German as well. I just completed my German B2.2 Level at Kapitel Zwei. When i enrolled for this course, my priority was to make myself more fluent. As the class size was very small, got lot of chances to express my opinions in German. I learned lot of words and lines which are used in daily life and not just in books. La escuela ha sido una gratísima sorpresa! Desde el principio Daniela y Susanne fueron súper amables y amigables, eso sin duda fue muy buena señal para inscribirme.
