There 2 regions in Turkey that you can the best "Pide" one is in Samsun (Black Sea region) the other one is in Aegean region (Salihli, Nazilli, Odemis, etc). This one is representing Aegean region and it won't disappoint you. Dough and the ingredients are great. It is not a fancy restaurant but if you love "Pide" like myself then this place will satisfy you fully. Minced meat is my favorite but you can try cheese or mixed "Pide". Also they have their speciality sweet "Pide" made with Tahini.

The owner served his hand crafted sandwiches from a food cart on the streets of Selcuk more than a decade ago. Now he does the same from a storefront with limited seating. Not much else has changed. The quality and taste are still outstanding. It may be served fast but it doesn't resemble anything one might conventionally classify as fast food. :)
