She robbed us and then made us feel like it was our fault. Terrible customer service. Robbing people will not get this lady anywhere, also she is showing her daughter how to rip people off because she treats and talks to her customers like if they owe her something, this lady is way to comfortable on that island, but karma is a bitch! We were about to cancel the transaction when they finally delivered it to us. In December 2025 the GPS screen was not working, we called and were notified they were not carrying that brand anymore but would order the screen as it was still under warranty. By the end of January we went in to see what the status was and they still had not received the screen but assured us they would call when it was delivered. Now at the end of March and we have not heard from anyone. We had to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket to get a new screen. Would not recommend Caddy Carts as they are not trustworthy and do not honor contracts.

He gave me an in-person quote of $200, which I confirmed twice, but the final bill came to $398. Suddenly, there were insurance fees I was never told about. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Pricing transparency is completely lacking--get everything in writing. The job may be fine, but the way they handle cost is unacceptable.
