The location couldn't be better. It's only a block from the Izmir Marriott and just a short walk from the beautiful waterfront, making it an ideal place to enjoy an authentic Turkish meal after exploring the area. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. If you're staying nearby or visiting the waterfront, Topçu Restaurant is definitely worth a stop. The taste of homemade food comes across with every bite from beginning to end. They open for lunch from 2-5pm only, not sure if these are the hours all year round or only in the summer.
