One problem seems to be that when they don't have something on stock, it seems as if it takes ages for them to replace the items. They do offer a fairly impressive wine selection from all over the world. Definitely one of the perks. The staff is okay, not the friendliest in the world but also not the worst. For a German supermarket, it's pretty good.

Yeah, but here you can actually pay with Card, and for me, that i almost live cash-less is a blessing to have such stores nearby or at least in specific points, like the main station in the city center! I'm totally into supporting small businesses but, like i always say, better 98% of something than 100% of nothing! People in Germany should start supporting more the cash-less people! And the thing is that there are solutions like SumUp, iZettle, etc. but they just don't care. So thumbs up for copying a kind of store that exist since decades in North America!
