This is supposed to be a beef kebab!
Alex S.

Ordered beef kebab. What I received was an undercooked red pasty loaf. The spices were sort of OK but this was easily the worst kebab that I've had in the past 10 years. Yuck! At least the rice was ok, cooked with a laurel leaf. But the main dish was just gross.

The good: This was my first time trying Pakistani food and I enjoyed it! I ordered butter chicken, mild chicken Karahi and some naan bread. Between 2 people, this was a good portion. The service was prompt and there was available seating walking in on a Friday night. It's a fairly big restaurant that was nicely decorated. I was worried about how spicy the dishes might be, and the server recommended the mild chicken Karahi. Although I liked it, it tasted more like an Alfredo sauce. The bad: I do think it's slightly on the pricier side. The Karahi came with 2 sides but they were extremely tiny (salad and raita).

Amazing decor. Excellent service. And the food never disappoints. Finally an authentic Pakistani restaurant in the area. Chicken karahi, beef bihari, butter chicken, goat charsi karahi and chicken Rashmi handi is

Beef Bihari Kebab just as is for takeout. Was too mushi not like strips/kebab. I can eat spicy but it was too strong of spice with the mushy beef and for $16 was not worth it. The sauce that came with it was the best part of the dish. Would try again atleast before not ordering from here again.

We enjoyed the food but due to lack of servers the services was a bit slow! The food was very tasty for sure!

Excellent & sumptuous food. Great ambience. Perhaps one of the finest amongst all Pakistani restaurants in the GTA. Wonderful service.

Butter chicken pasta & butter chicken on rice were both good. Both had quite a bit of meat. The pasta was a bit soft & the chicken was cut smaller. The rice had more gravy & there was some onion in the rice, which was very moist.

My group sampled the chicken biriyani (Friday special), veggie bowl, and Philly steak. The Philly steak is not showing on the menu but is on the rotating videos played on the TV display. The food were all good. My friend's comment on the veggie bowl was that it was a little dry. The Philly steak I had was not hot anymore by the time I came to eat it after ordering. The washroom is spacious but could have been better maintained. It was not flushed when I came in and there is also no tissue paper. What sat well with me was the very good service from the gentleman and lady who took our orders. The guy was very helpful during order placement and also even gave us samples to try first. He took small portions of the butter chicken, achari chicken, and other dishes for us to sample. One of my companions also placed an order for salad or coleslaw. The lady at the counter also presented an option to mix different kinds of salads in an order. It was an overall pleasant meal time. I like the range of food offerings. The high quality service is also very much appreciated.

I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place…read more I ordered through their website, which was super easy and they offer 10% off although I forgot to use the promo code! They offer a number of different options for roti, dosa and other Indian snacks and options. I walked up to the counter a couple minutes after ordering and they said my order was supposed to be for 6:30 and it was only around 6:10 but they got it to me promptly, I only waited around 5 minutes. The people working there were friendly although my experience with the service was very limited. The place is super cool looking, almost reminds me of a subway or Quiznos so super casual but brightly painted, modern and fun. Now for the food! I ordered a butter chicken roti on the regular roti with mild spice level, I also got a side of Raita. The meal came with some amazing freebies, a gulab jamun and some crispy chip puffs! I loved these small touches. The butter chicken roti was massive and amazing. The sauce was rich but not overly so, bursting with flavour and spice (but not spicy), and the large chunks of chicken were moist and plentiful. This was quite possibly the best butter chicken I've ever had! The roti was also good, chewy and a perfect vessel for the saucy butter chicken. I ate about 3/4 of it and was totally beyond stuffed. I think a person with a regular or smaller appetite could share this with another person. I kept eating even though I was stuffed and still couldn't finish it. The free chips and gulab jamun were also super tasty! Overall this spot is awesome for tasty Indian treats. I'm super excited to try other items, from roti to dosa, I have a feeling this will be a regular spot for me!
