This Latino bar is really nice, mellow and so fun. The service is great and the go-go dancers are ok.

Very tiny bathrooms. Drinks are overpriced compared to non gay bars. I do appreciate the design , great drag shows but I won't be back.

This is a nice place if you like High energy Latin music. The staff is nice enough and the club has a nice layout. The patio is well lit and the air conditioning is only running (unlike some other AZ spots). Definitely worth a visit if you're trying to dance. read more

Ihavent been here in a year. I used to love coming here but i realized the djs suck. Never play a request and dont know how to keep asteady beat. Its probably the only 18+ club for gay guys on the weekend next to forbidden or whatever they call it now. I havent been during bar hours cuz i just turned 21. The crowd is all latino gay guys with a couple of black and white guys. The outdoor patio is pretty big with benches tables and a huge fountain that looks like everyones been in it someway or another. The dance floor is medium sized and has a few mini stages in every corner. 5 bucks fridays and saturdays for 18+ after 2am. If u ask me, its not really worth it. If you do go, get hi or drunk before you do. read more

I had a beer at club and some vodka previously at home. I was dancing by myself before the security pulled me over and the guy told me to "watch my alcohol because my eyes were rolling up", he asked me "where are you from?" and told me "girls are lesbian here...". My mood was ruined because I wasn't one-bit high and naturally my eyes are half into my eyelids. I wasn't in the club for any girl or a boy but for enjoying myself. I've been going to Karamabas since I was 18 (now 21) and from the three years I have gone to this nightclub it never disappoints me. The music is always on point, you can't help but hop on to the dance floor and dance the night away. Usually around 2AM the security lets the 18+ go in and the last hour starts popping but either way it's always popping. I highly recommend this night club. Everyone minds their own business and they just go to have a good time which is great. Don't like clubs that want to argue. A great patio as well to go and relax for a bit and go back in and keep on dancing. read more

This a fun club. The dance floor is a decent size and the drinks are reasonably priced. The house music is a techno blend but good to dance to. Tends to get extremely packed on Saturdays after 12 and does not close till 4 a.m. However, they do stop serving alchohol at 2 a.m. The downside to this bar is that the restrooms are extremely small for the crowd size. read more

Cute little latin club. Only been here Sat nights and it's $5 cover past 2 AM. Good music but dance floor gets packed and not the biggest. Parking can get to be a pain on those nights too. A plus for the younger crowd is it's an 18+ club. Neat patio area in the back. Give it a try! read more

GREAT music and tons of fun! LOVE the music!! Fridays is mainly for "cheros" aka guys that wear pointy boots with matching belts as they play that kind of music. Not really my thing but can be fun if you got your buzz going. Saturdays is hip hop, reggaeton, and house music which is the main day it gets POPIN! After 2 it turns 18 and over-never really stayed after 2am so don't know how that it. NOTE: Karambas is not a place to go looking for guys or a dress to impress kind of place. It kind of reminds me of a club I used to go to in Juarez except with alot more eye candy. The atmosphere is very fun and people don't really go there to mingle its more of a place to with your friends and have a good time without having to impress anyone. From experience usually the people who don't like going here are the people who are looking for someone else or sad to say ugly lol not to be rude but its true. Bathrooms: Yea they're kinda small but um im there to party... if your worried about the bathrooms LMAO please don't go out or maybe drag a urinal with you. Love love loooove this place. The only club I go to, I just wish the music was a little less techo remixed, but it is still gonna get you dancing. People aren't really gross or creepy, its not a shady place. About as clean as a club can be but so very fun. And it says Latin, but don't trust that. They might play one song at the end but other than that, don't expect to dance to anything Latin. Expect jumping, side stepping, and twerking. read more

It doesn't matter what anybody says about dance night clubs, you have to see for yourself because this club is absolutely incredible they have an amazing sound system and laser light, this is definitely where I would want to be on the weekend if I'm looking for a dance club. This club is so good it has received the best of Phoenix Award several years in a roll, none of the Latino dance clubs have survived only this club because the owner knows what he's doing and provides great music and entertainment you have to go stop in and see this place if you're looking for a Latino club this is really the only place in Arizona to go. Also the club has a food taco stand outside which is good and also an amazing outdoor patio that's absolutely beautiful it also has there are areas in the club that are sort of tucked away where you can sit with friends and drink and have a really great time. I am LMAO at all these little young tweakers who are posting bad reviews because they had a bad time give me break they have no clue what a really good dance club is all about, and their one time bad experience has nothing to do with the quality of a club. It's rare to find a owe who loves to owe a bar for the people and to bring great entertainment to the gay community. I am from DC and this is the only club that reminds me of our gay clubs back home. The owner talked to me one night and expressed the stuff he and his staff go above and beyond for the customers to ensure they have a great and they will do anything to make sure you get home safe. It's not common you see this with any business but more so bar owners whom rarer even go to their bars but this owner is there all the time. You will find a select group of people that have a pure heart and soul like this owner. Even when I was upset with a different place he wanted to talk about it and help get to the main issues of why I might be truly upset. Even if I had a bad night recently I can't do or say bad things about this place because it would be a lie and a few apples that do fucked up shit doesn't represent the club and owner as a whole and for a moment I forgot. Hands down a great gay club that treats everyone one the same!! If you could select an additional gold star for shocking masking ... I went to this club some years ago when i livd in Phoenix. This place is awesome. Good atmosphere and a great place to chill with friends. Whocares about the $5 cover charge. That's nothing compared to what i pay here in Chicago. I cannot wait to go back to this place next month. read more
