After they completed the demolition phase of the project, I busted them trying to replace materials specified in the scope of work contract with cheaper and lower quality materials. When they were told to fix it, they decided to instead abandon the renovation project. After they abandoned the project, I also found out they never even ordered any of the other materials required (this was 2.5 months into the project!!!) After speaking with others that hired DK Conquest, I know for a fact they are involved in a number of lawsuits, big and small. Absolutely the worst contracting company. DO NOT HIRE FOR ANY REASON!

He's not the cheapest, but he's fair, and it's not worth it to try to lowball.... you'll get what you pay for, believe me. Scott was able to fix my problems and there were no surprises with the bill. He is a great communicator, very talented and detail oriented. I had a small problem with one of his contractors installing incorrect baseboard heaters (both of us were at fault, I bought the wrong wattage and the electrician didn't see the warning.)
