had consistent communication through Texts with Karrie a vendor company through Lowes. . Then on the day of installation of 2 Ceiling Fans (Flush Mount) and a Kitchen Light. The tech named Charlie texted me to say that he was 11 minutes away from our home. I said that we would have the garage opened. He was polite in introducing himself and asked on what side of the fan blades to put them facing, a great question. Then as he proceeded to do each fan great. The kitchen light, which went from the original fixture built with the house to modern day, ended up having 2 original holes from the fluorescent casing. Well, I thought, oh, surely , he would fill in those 2 holes, (Not finished, just not left as holes.) "No we don't do that,". So why is Renovations in their company name?! Him seeing that I am handicapped he could have taken an extra 3-5 minutes and caulked it. My husband cannot climb ladders anymore either.So why not be generous enough to do that for me, us now as my husband was at the VA, (which was none of his business.) But renovation being thorough and complete redo, no! I gave him water and snacks upon leaving as I always do for our workers, having being brought up with my dad being in brick and stone and doing major projects for neighbors and family, this was instilled in our family. Then when I went back out to the garage, I had to sweep up debris, inclusive of washers not used etc. Clean up in their description should a thorough clean up. We have brooms in the garage. Why? Who know why! A clean up and disposal of old stuff, for proper disposal, we thought was also going to be the boxes that the fans came in and the kitchen light. Oh no! Knowledge of The Electrical Trade definitely. A thorough and complete Clean-Up, No! 09/12/2025 Let's revisit Charlie's So Called Thorough Proper Disposal and Clean -Up. Well, this AM, in getting my garbage prepared for pick up , I obviously opened up the green Traskh Barrel and low and behold he through in the interior of the boxes plus the globe and bulb of one of the ceiling fans loose in the TrashVarrel. So, O took the reacher and got them out to put in a black trash bag. How sweet?! Not! Then I took the boxes and put them in the Black Tracsh bags, lo and behold the bulbs from the other ceiling were repacked with their casings into a box. Wonderful?! Not! That was not proper disposal! He needs to be called out on his ideas and the protocol for hauling away of proper disposal. No one is supposed ever ypthrough loose garbage into the trash barrels.p, besides being ripped ut is utterly disgusting. I know some families do that but it is not acceptable protocol. And, if that is done, what does their inside of their houses look like?! Dexter was sent out to remove an existing ceiling light and fan and install a new one. The company was very good at communicating the scheduling. I was notified ahead of time of their ETA and they arrived on time as stated. Dexter was very professional did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Company can only do the most basic of installations. Can't convert a can light to a fan. Cancels installation without notifying truthfully what the problem is. Cancels last minute. I would give them 0 stars if I could. read more

Worst company ever! go elsewhere unless you are retired. I had an appt window set by them for 3-7. The morning of the install Charlie called and stated that he would be early. I told him to let me know what time, and I was not available from 1-2pm. He called back and said he would be here at 1pm, I explained that would not work and he had the audacity to state "I can't sit around waiting for your work", like his job is so much more important than mine! Sorry, but I have 50 years of installs and have NEVER had someone be so rude. Then to top it off I called the company to complain, and they sent a text stating they were canceling the job for me being rude. lol.. you can't make this shit up. read more

I had two wall lights that go up into the ceiling in my kitchen. Within 1 week one of the lights fell down in front of my face electric was arcing. Sparks were flying if fell down onto my cabin tree chipped two of my cabinet doors and my countertop. I called Lowe's to try to get them to come out and check on it or to do something. But Lowe's protected them. This was back in 2021. I still not have heard from them I had called Lowe's about a hundred times they will not send nobody out to my house. The man that I talked to on the phone said the house must two have moved for the lights to fall down. Could you believe that like I am a stupid woman. Or someone who is very dumb. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke. They showed up first time to install disposal just to tell me the unit itself was too big. So I had to purchase a more expensive unit, waited another two weeks to get an appt to come back out. Second installer calls asking me to send pictures of under my sink to make sure he has all the tools needed? Just to call back at the last minute to say he can't do it, piping needs to be redone completely. If that was the actual case.. why wouldn't they say that when they were physically here to see the piping the first time? Completely unprofessional and no customer service skills. He completely threw his co worker under the bus and gave no solution. I wouldn't trust these guys to mow my lawn. read more
