The worst.
Husband died of suicide.
Dr Dilks told me to come in if medication is not agreeing with me.
I called Thursday morning, they were able to get me in Monday.
Called again Thursday EXTREMELY distressed and explained my situation and that Dr Dilks asked me to come in.
They told me they had to ask him and will call back. I did not receive a call back.
I called triage 3 times to which they said to see my GP as I am a single mum and hospital admittance would be difficult.
I presume staff did their job and Dr Dilks decided it was not of importance.
Once again. I called THURSDAY and FRIDAY and best they could do for a single mum with history of mental health challenges grieving the tragic SUICIDE of my husband.
If I'm not important. No one is. So why bother with them......
Also found out my appointment was a telly health appt. GOOD ONE! SAYS ON MY FILE I DONT TALK ON THE PHONE!
I plan on making many many complaints against this doctor and business. read more
