This property sold 6 months ago for $1.6 Mill and is now listed for $2.8 Mill. When I asked her why there was such a difference in price she started yelling saying, "so what, it doesn't matter" (I can assure you it does matter). After asking her several direct questions as calmly and professionally as I could, I was able to find out that there have been no changes to the property and no justification for a $1.2 mill price increase since the last sale only 6 months previously. Finally she yelled something I didn't understand and hung up on me. I would never recommend this agent to anyone nor would I work with her in any way. If I am assigned one of her properties to appraise I will be turning down the assignment. It is shameful that someone who works in a people oriented service industry would treat a fellow professional in this manner.
