Let's face it, Crossfit can be a little bit intimidating, especially at an unfamiliar gym. 100% NOT the case at Lawless. From the first minute I walked in, I felt really welcome. Coach Marcus was awesome about introducing me and the members immediately embraced the "new guy" as one of their own. If that was all I had to say about Lawless, that'd be reason enough to give it a try but the combination of the AWESOME vibe of the gym, and EXCELLENT coaching just put this place over the top. Kelly tailored our workouts to my specific needs while keeping my interest in a much "slower" workout than I was used to. I also really liked how big the platform and carriage are, making some of the moves much more accessible and pain/discomfort free.
