There are a couple of heavy duty racks to deadlift and squat. Cardio? A nice sized separate room with spin bikes and mats to do abs and stretch. Certainly enough stairmasters, treadmill and elliptical machines for anyone to burn calories on. Basic weight training? If you can't get it done here you're doing something wrong. Owner Breannt has a sharp staff that pays attention to the details. He bought new equipment and is always upgrading. Details like constantly changing the towels to wipe a machine before or after use. Like plenty of fresh workout towels. Like an ever changing variety of smoothies. Child care if you need it. Yoga and cardio classes if that is your thing. Multiple certified trainers if you need nutritional or exercise guidance. Open until MIDNIGHT during the week. I'm a satisfied member that has been at this place for over a year now. What I really like is that the gym always has people in it but even after work on Monday I am never waiting for a machine. Come by a have a free workout. You won't regret it. This is not the $10 per month deal, but you get what you pay for in the gym biz. In the men's room I get razors, deodorant, fresh bath towels, fresh workout towels, shampoo & conditioner, shower soap Q-tips, after shave, cotton balls. If I'm going on a date with my wife or back to work, I'm covered. Big screen TVs all over give the gym a lively feel. Oh and I almost forgot, YOU GET TWO MEMBERSHIPS IN ONE. They have a huge gym on Bonita Beach Rd that is probably the best equipped gym in all of SWFL that you can use too!! Brent refurbished the hell out of that spot and the equipment can't be beat. Gateway is a little out of the way for some but if you're in the neighborhood it's worth a stop. Good people and good equipment that's open late.

This studio has been inconsistent with its class schedule, frequently changing times with little to no notice for members. As a member, you're required to provide a 30-day notice if you wish to end your membership. However, the studio can change its hours at any time, which may disrupt the classes you're able to attend. If the new schedule no longer works for you, you're still required to give a 30-day notice and pay for another month, even though you're unable to use the service due to their scheduling changes. This feels unfair--if members are held to a 30-day notice policy, the studio should also be held to the same standard and not penalize members for their erratic scheduling decisions. OTF is not cheap; when you're paying for a premium gym experience, you should be treated with respect and consistency.
