Enginar (Artichokes) - This has to be one of my favorite Turkish dishes. Make sure you're getting this in the May - July timeframe when artichokes are in-season in Turkey. Otherwise there is the risk that you're getting canned/ preserved artichokes which don't taste as fresh. 2. Yaprak Sarma (Domades) - This are always a solid choice, not the canned kind that you usually find in stores. 3. Fasulye (Green Beans) - Probably one of my favorite turkish dishes. // Meat Kebabs 1. All of them are good period. // Other 1. Lahmacun (turkish pizza with minced meat) - Yusuf makes the best Lahmacun I've had in Alacati hands down. 2.
