Complete Scam Artist! STAY AWAY…read more I had a blow out on the side of the interstate in Locust Grove Georgia. I called this company and told him I needed a tire I didn't have one and asked him how much he would charge to come out and install a tire. He quoted me $150. He asked me to send him the make a model of my vehicle and to drop a pin. When he got to my location, he didn't even have a tire with him. He told me I didn't tell him I needed a tire and if I told him he would've brought it. I was traveling with people and they even heard me tell him exactly what I was needing. He reeked of weed and maybe if he wasn't so high he would have remembered I told him I needed a tire which was the purpose of me giving him the make and model of my vehicle. He told me he would have to go get another tire, and he was going to charge me another hundred dollar fee for having to go get it and bring it back. I told him it was not my fault that he did not bring a tire when I told him exactly what was needed and he continued to argue and then told me he doesn't have to come back. I really needed a tire replace. I told him please come back. He ended up charging me $325 for one tire. When I got home that tire was completely flat! I sent him proof and asked if he could please refund my money he gave me a bad tire. He gave me a bad tire and he refused and went completely silent. I took my tire to discount tires and they told me it was completely dry rotted and installed backwards! Discount tires told me he could've killed me and he doesnt even know how I made it home. I had the unfortunate circumstances that brought me across the path of this company. We called around and found a few people that could come but settled on OMW, this was a huge mistake. He said the charge was $200, which I told him I didn't have . After coming up with the money after midnight he informed me that I would have to pay a $50 deposit. I tried for about 20 more mins to find a less expensive alternative. And I finally broke and sent the deposit. At this time the owner of the company told me he was arriving at another customer and couldn't give an exact eta but 35 mins from the tire and atleast another 25 mins from me. After sending the deposit the local police dept assisted by taking me a couple of miles to get the tire replaced. Exactly 30 mins after paying the deposit I cancelled this before a tire was ever picked up. I asked for a refund of my deposit to which he then tells me NO it's non refundable. That he canceled other customers and sent me his call log, however the only call was from his wife/gf. He started saying that I was a business owner and I shouldn't have paid the deposit if I was uncertain. I did ask him multiple times to refund the money. After this we shared our experience of what happened with a family friend who wrote a negative but truthful review of the company stating that he cared more about money than his customers. In retaliation for this negative review he had is significant other post a slanderous review bashing me as a person on the company I work for site. This was a personal attack against a person that just simply asked for their money back. He then held the company i work for hostage with his review demanding that the legitimate review against his company be removed. So after refusing to refund the deposit , this upstanding businessman "stole" money from and tried to get a man fired because of a negative review. Wow, what an outstanding business this is. I will post the screenshots of his phone log he sent me showing his significant others name and the review she posted trying to get me fired. He claims he's not only about the money and he cares for his customers, but these personal attacks were because he refused to refund $50 and got a negative review. ....$50
