One day she came home and cried for two hours because she was required to make the teacher laugh and couldn't. She thought she was responsible for the class not getting a popsicle party. They did not get a party that day. The final straw was the recital in Anchorage. There were four days that we were to drive in. On the first and last day we were there as required at 3p.m. We were the 2nd class to perform on stage. When we were not called I found Emily and asked her why. She said we were passed over. There were runners to tell everybody everything but we were told nothing. That was 2 1/2 hours later. My daughter was crushed. She had her costume and dreamed of being on stage. The recital cost around 180.00 and of course is non refundable. She is signed up for the fall semester and of course that is non refundable. Check it out before your child becomes a student.

The second batch (at $155.00 each) came in completely wilted with the ice pack totally melted & warm. The greenery was dried & withered and the heads of the peonies were laying down on the stems. I called Fed Ex first and they said there wasn't a problem with the claim as the temperature was 105 degrees and they didn't have them in a refrigerated truck. They said to call the shipper, which I did. I called Sue and she was very resistant to doing anything about it, told me that since they had been in refrigeration that it was perfectly normal for them to be wilted and to cut the stems & put them in water. (Which I had already done). I became so frustrated talking to her I finally just told her to never mind, I'd eat the $155.00 and just move on. So this is me moving on. Unless you plan on picking them up locally, I really can't recommend this business.
