The idea that we would only pay for the photos seemed too good to be true; I didn't know what to expect. But when put in contact with Ben he was so helpful to work with through email, to determine where we'd meet, what kind of photos & background shots we'd like, what time of day worked best, etc. We were visiting London for our 10 year anniversary and I wanted to make it a really special memory. Ben was the best photographer I've ever worked with. Better than our wedding photographer. He posed us when needed, helped us to be natural for other shots (which can be challenging when being photographed while passersby are watching). He'd have us ready in a pose and have us hold until the perfect moment when there was no one behind us AND a red double decker bus was going by...which really made for some beautiful pops of color and showed off that we were in London. I requested an hour bc I wanted to save money and only commit to a purchase of 15 photos. Ben stayed with us for OVER 2 hours, even though he knew I would potentially only purchase the lowest number of pictures. This photo shoot is essentially free so his time with us depended on the # of photos purchased and he still spent so much time with us. When we got the photos I was blown away. I ended up buying them all. I'm already designing a photo book. We feel so lucky to have found this company, and that Ben was our photographer. These beautiful photos will hang in our home forever.
