True, I have a bias, I recognize that . That aside, the pictures were wonderfully framed, they were so well composed I couldn't pick a favourite. Each one captured the emotion we felt, and did it so elegantly. I wanted to print each and every one! Each one was timeless (to us) and each one was just perfect. Our friends also commented on how beautiful the images were and they were! Putting aside the fact that pictures were just sublime for a moment, what else makes this a 5 star experience. Stephanie was responsive, communicative and thoughtful in our conversation. She was available via email and telephone and replied more swiftly than I would have even expected. She not only came thru with helpful suggestions for the day, but took time to come early and help me figure out what the heck to do when my original plan fell thru for a lack of attentiveness on my part. There is something to be said for the expertise and quick thinking on her part which enabled the day to go thru smoothly. While I would have gladly paid a lot more for the pictures, and it is hard to put a price to such a wonderful moment in our lives, I must say she is very reasonably priced. So great price, great communication, great results. My only grief here I could not give them more stars than just five.

The family and I were heading towards the Scottsdale area to spend Easter. Figured since we hadn't…read morehad a family shoot in a while that we try and book something while we were up here. Trusty Yelp pointed me to a few finalists, and Aaron Kes was one of a few who was willing to take a job on Easter Sunday. Aaron graciosuly agreed to meet us in North Scottsdale, and arrived promptly. Being a former photog myself, I'm always interested to talk gear. No doubt Aaron has the newest and, in my opinion, the best gear. The Canon 5D III paired with the 50L prime. Perfect combo, and the results were awesome and tack sharp. Aaron was patient with the family, especially the two little girls who were not feeling photogenic on this day. His style is more the traditional style so if you like classic and timeless, Aaron is your man. The finished product was prompt and came out very nice. His eye and technical skills are excellent, which showed up in the tough backlit tree shot attached below. That said, I would have liked to see a few more different perspectives in his shots, especially with the little ones and with Aaron being a tall guy. Lastly, Aaron is definitely a great value ($350 for family shots), which is an amazing deal coming from the SF Bay Area. Look no further - if you're in the Valley, book Aaron Kes.

Linda came early to take pictures of us getting ready and during this time she laughed with us and helped calm nerves before the ceremony. She took such an amazing variety of pictures and she was just so easy to work with, which is why choosing her as the photographer for my own wedding this October was an easy choice. Linda met with my husband and I months before our wedding and took the time to get to know who we were and what it was that we were looking for when it came to capturing our wedding day. In the weeks leading up to the wedding Linda spoke with me often about what I needed to help the day go smooth, she offered good advice and tips and she really helped ease the nervousness I felt about everything going as planned! The day of my wedding we had rain, which eliminated the possibility of all the beautiful outdoor pictures we were hoping for. I will admit that as a bride I was momentarily bummed, but we found shelter and Linda used what we had to make something more spectacular than I could have hoped for. When I looked through our wedding photos I smiled, I laughed, I cried, and the fact that we weren't outside didn't occur to me once. Linda captured so much more than just your standard bridal party photos.
