We thought our marriage was dead and just wanted to see how we could help our kids through the divorce. I'd already talked to an attorney. She helped us fix our marriage and it's better now than it ever was. To "Erv B.", one of the office people got COVID and was out sick for at least a month. Then her husband caught it and passed away. They had hired her right when home-schooling started because the last girl had to quit because she has kids. Things are tough everywhere right now. I don't know technology very well but maybe there's something you can change on your phone so their call comes through. They might have called you back and you thought they didn't because it didn't go through. If you miss their call at your appointment time, call them back. I've done that. Or tell your counselor that you'll call her at the appointment time instead. They're really good people; it's a shame to judge them during a pandemic. Good luck to you.
