We eventually got a rate too good to pass up from a large commercial bank and went with them, thanking RMG for their help. The loan process from this bank ended up being a complete disaster, where problems arose last minute over things we should have been told weeks earlier. With closing coming up, and our trust in the bank fully broken after a week of fruitless back-and-forth, we decided to get our mortgage elsewhere, but it needed to be fast. I reconnected with Alayna, who gave us a sanity check by confirming the bank was being ridiculous, and snapped into action to help us. Within 36 hours, we had a fantastic rate in hand and were set up with a mortgage processor.
