They never have the customer in mind, only their work load. And this is coming from someone who paid rent every month 5 days early. I will say, I believe it is only Diana that is the tough one to work with. Carry is only trying to do what she is told and be a buffer between the witch and the customer. The only reason this entity exists, is so Diana Baribeau (one of the ladies) can have something to do, so she can stay out of her husbands hair while he trys to do his job (Baribeau Real Estate and Appraisals). The relationship started with me having to pay an application fee before I was even able to look at any of their properties. Great way to start a relationship. During my lease, I was never trusted about any issues or concerns I brought to their attention about the home. We were always second guessed. Awful feeling when trying to live in a home you are paying a pretty penny for. The end of my lease was a mess. No communication from their end, and when I was able to get communication, it had to be face to face, with me making the initiative to go to their office...then I was screamed at for 45 minutes and told to go ahead and get a lawyer. Left a really good impression of the business I had given them for a full year.
