Mrs. Hamm with Remax Excel was an easy choice for us. She took the the time, sat down with us, explained everything and answerd any questions we had. Mrs. Hamm took on our house to manage for us when we left the area 7 years ago. Mrs. Hamm screened prospective tenants, placed qualified tenants and collected rent.
