When I received the quotes, I was a little taken back by the lower cost, I wasn't expecting it. I think I got the Patrick Price and Roger's Rate all rolled into one! Any questions I had Betty either new the answer or reached out to find it. Typically within minutes. I bundled my Home, Auto and Boat with State Farm through Betty. There was also no issue with my mortgage lender and the coverage being provided through State Farm. I actually picked up some extra coverage, which overall still turned out less cost than my previous insurance. Betty also asked a bunch of questions to find discounts that I didn't know existed. Regardless of the savings, the customer service was superb. I would have switched anyway. I hope Betty is with this office for a long time, as I will be her long term client.
