Curry side was kind of small and barely enough for the rice and shrimp egg salad sando was nice. A little dry but good overall. Butter shrimp inari was gross. They use these little baby shrimp with the blackish vein thing intact. The entire thing looked weird and gross. Wish they'd just use regular shrimp. The food is consistently good. We have tried various katsu, ramen, and sandos. Efficient and friendly service. Easy to find location with a fair bit of parking. There's hardly anyone inside when I go but it's very clean and they seem to do a lot of takeaway orders. The portions are decent too. It's great for a quick bit and a Japanese curry fix. read more

We had the curry pork cutlet plate, caprese pork cutlet sando with waffle fries, and Nashville hot chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Honestly, the pork cutlet was disappointingly jerky and hard to chew. Some parts were just inedible, and so it was surprisingly bad considering it was a Katsu place. Bad food, throw it up later, not worth $45. Do NOT recommend the restaurant and here's why: We ordered Nashville hot chicken sandwich, a beef katsu curry plate and cauliflower tempura today. It took a very long time to get the food out. The cauliflower tempura was very greasy and flavorless by itself, it came with a ranch sauce that was heavy in garlic. The chicken in sandwich was heavy battered and it tasted funny, immediately felt sick and threw it up 3 hours later. So I found that on Toast you can order for the same price offered in stores but they never opened the option to order on Toast. It had a berry katsu sauce that I got sick of while eating, I wish I had the option to order it on the side so I can control it at my pace.
