I've found Teena ito be all over the map , to lack knowledge, and to frequently lie. There were many concerning actions (red flags) and comments made by Teena while she represented the sale of my home in Hawaii. Too much talk and no action. Her support was directed more towards the buyer than the seller.1) She never did an open house because she does'nt believe in them. 2) She lacked knowledge of the home including the size of the water tank; 3) She did not know if the home was septic or cesspool; 4) She indicated that she had contacted the owners of all the propereties that met up with mine when someone was interested in possibly buying my home plus adjoining lots. She did not contact the owner directly next to me who waited for the contact and who lives2 lots away ; 5) The buyers agent asking that Teena not be present during a private showing. Teena got highly insulted and dramatic telling me when she told her husband he said it's only because "you're so cute!" She ended up sending her husband who seemed to have no problem being there although the buyer's realtor decided not to show. 6) Another incident was for the scheduled inspection she decided the night before I should not be present. I was told "I might answer the wrong thing and home might not sell". I left the home only to recieve numerous calls and text messages asking about the home whereas had I been there I could have answered the questons; 7) During this inspection and on behalf of a prospective buyer she contacted my electrician who was scheduled to do work for me the following week questioning to possibly change the work order to suit the buyer. Note she never told me about this until meeting with me after the fact. During the meeting she told me she had not heard back from him. Ethically he said no about any changes due to his contract with me and "how dare they". She lied to me again, because when he showed up to do my work the following week he showed me the text where he responded to her immediately. In this message she also told him that I was not yet aware of her contacting him. Neal does great marketing videos but does not seem to see or be aware or turns a blind eye to Teena's actions on the front line. In the end my house sold for so much less than even she indicated and although they dropped their 3% commision by .25% I walked away with a lot less than ever anticipated. Finally her immaturity stands out. Once the home sold, she posted on Facebook that it sold and wished the buyer a happy future in the home while wishing her seller nothing. On the same note of immaturity she unfriended me on Facebook.
