I contacted the owner to explain the issue, hoping for a refund or at least an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was met with rude customer service. The owner refused to reimburse me, was dismissive during the conversation, and hung up on me before I could finish explaining the problem. Equipment issues can happen, but how a business responds to its customers is what matters. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were very disappointing. I hope the owner fixes Machine #9 and treats future customers with more respect.

I am a tenant who has been very sick ever Since I moved into my apartment and I was starting to suspect there could be water damage or mold. The inspector found lots of water damage, and then falsified the report. The company would not even give me a copy of the report, I had to fight for it, and when I finally got it, all of the saturated walls and wet spots were completely removed from the report. My landord made a deal with them and erased the evidence. Then I decided to call Eco Kauai, and Justin came out to do inspection. Night and day difference in the entire experience. He was professional, very communicative, and when I told him about my nightmare, he assured me I was in good hands and that he would report everything honestly, and that is exactly what he did. The inspection found the same water damage as the first company, and even more because Justin's inspection was so thorough and looked in other rooms as well. My landlord tried to intimidate him first, and then he tried to feel him out to see if he would take a bribe by saying "hey come over onto my property I want to show you something", and honestly my heart dropped because I wondered if it was happening all over again....BUT NOPE. He respectfully stood his ground, and he was extremely professional. He treated me in such a courteous way, even though he knew he would get zero remediation work from this situation. The report is very thorough and has every detail. He knows his stuff, and is extremely well versed in way more than just mold. He patiently answered my every question. If you want a company that will do the right thing NO MATTER WHAT, call Eco Kauai. Someone who puts that much time and care into a free inspection regardless of the outcome, and says no to dirty money HAS INTEGRITY. You can trust this company to handle your home with care. Mike told me what to get to remove the major part of the stain then came over and took a look. He not only gave me a very good price for removing the stain, but since he'd have all his equipment already in the house, also gave us a bid to clean all our carpets upstairs and downstairs. The bid was very fair, and we agreed. Mike showed up right on time, and did a fantastic job. He just didn't rush through it, but made sure he got every nook and cranny. He even suggested a way to brighten the carpet in some heavily trafficked areas. I even asked Mike to do a few extra things, and he had no problem with that.
