Given that she's very afraid of going to the doctor, I expected that things would be extremely difficult for a trip to the dentist. However, thanks to the friendly staff, a "treasure chest" of goodies at the door (for good girls only of course), and the chair-side manor (very friendly and open demeanor) of Dr. Crawford, my daughter got through a cleaning like a champ. No tears and just a little patience getting her in the chair was all it took. Very happy first experience at this dentist. We're still amazed in fact!

Dr. Cole is a general and cosmetic dentist. He was recommended to me by a fellow student while I…read morewas studying at university. It was through Dr. Cole that I found out my old dentist was not taking care of my teeth (he not only showed me pictures - it was obvious even to the untrained eye - but I warned my Mom, who used the same bad dentist, and another dentist said she had the same problems with her teeth; this is a genuine criticism, not him trying to drum up business). He not only fixed my teeth, but was gentle with the violation I felt from the discovery of my old dentist's lack of care. He helped me with the extreme costs that I was now going to incur and found a balance between fixing as much as possible at once versus giving my jaw a rest from so much work. He also prescribed a (over-the-counter) treatment to prevent the migraines I was getting from having my jaw open and the spotlights; I still follow his advice before treatments with my new dentist. Honestly, if I hadn't moved out of town, I never would have left! I have a false tooth in my front and he matched it so perfectly to my natural teeth when he replaced it. He has the best eye I have ever seen. I joke with my friends that, next time I need my fake tooth maintained, I am travelling out to see him. If my financial situation allowed a vacation, I would actually do it. He is talented and genuine in his concern for you. Overall, just a great dentist. He surrounds himself with great staff as well.

I then told her I am on disability and my children have healthy smiles cards and she said, "yes, mhmm we accept those but, we are full right now". I said you just told me you are taking new patients and so does your website. Again she says "yes, mmhmm we are but, we are full for those kinds right now". I have "never" been treated this way in my entire life by what is suppose to be a professional place. This is a doctor's office......... Refusing to care for my children's oral health because, in their eyes they don't need anymore people like us there. We are second class. I am disgusted.
