Why would any American hang out in a Starbucks in Krakow when you can have coffee so many nice local coffee places or at a cute gem like Kawanaria Literaka?
Time flies by so quickly when you're leisurely hanging in this very pleasant cafe/bookstore. I could literally spend hours here (well, I kinda did). There's even a room towards the back with boardgames.
There's always been something very comforting to me about being surrounded by books. I loved studying at the university libraries, and still get so much joy from just sipping tea by my bookshelves at home. Being surrounded by books, this place gave me the same comforting feels.
Only downside was that I really wanted pastries, but none of them looked that great, so I passed. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt....maybe they were actually better than they looked??
