The other fee was for a certified letter that I did not ever receive and most undoubtedly was not ever sent. By Mario doing these actions hundreds of times a month to unsuspecting patrons who don't speak up, he is pilfering from those customers who can lease to afford being ripped off. The employees answer my phone call, when I request help with a situation where I paid off my balance early, I continued to get charged interest and late fees for every subsequent month that my bank and corporate Daniels took to fix my situation. The minimum wage used car sales mentality that these people have is unbearable.They blacklisted my number and now when I call, they hang up on me or transfer my phone call to Stephalina; who is extremely rude and low in character. Unfortunately, I will NEVER BUY FROM DANIELS JEWELERS again because of the horrible experience I had with there administration and customer service.
