This is the first time I have ever used Downtown.dk to buy a super sweet pair of Marshall…read moreheadphones. I actually used my girlfriends account and the headphones were quite possibly the only thing I have purchased in two years of being in Denmark that are cheaper than the US. Other than maybe the odd courgette on sale at Netto. But I am not here to review downtown.dk, everyone and their mom can review that. I here to specifically review the drop point, which only came into existence a few weeks ago. It is in a nondescript building downtown by the central station. As I walked in they were putting up a sign that would ultimately display that this was in fact downtown.dk. I was a bit confused at first but my initial hint was the people coming in and out with small boxes. I have to say overall it was a quick, easy, and enjoyable experience. The nice young girl at the counter took my receipt, grabbed my headphones, handed them over and said "tak." It was way less painful than I had expected and now I am sitting here jamming out. There's no question that their many years of experience (almost 30!) works to your advantage since they are well organized and genuinely able to be helpful. I've recommended Hay4You to quite a few friends, and they've had uniformly good experiences, too. Hay4You has always represented the apartments and neighborhoods accurately (and well) and they go to great lengths to make sure your stay is pleasant. The agency cleans the flat before you arrive and when you leave; in the meantime, Hay4You staff are available to answer questions and to troubleshoot any problems that come up. All of the flats they represent are well maintained and pleasant. I've booked very nice apartments from other agencies in other major cities (Rome, Paris, etc.) and though I had good experiences, the option to rent through Hay4You is the best. It brings me back to Copenhagen every year. With almost 15 years experience renting from them, they have my enthusiastic recommendation!

Wish I could rate these guys higher, they were amazing. My son Chris left me with a mission when 2…read moredays before going to Copenhagen he decided he would ask his girlfriend to marry him under the Christmas tree at Tivoli Gardens ....... and could I find a photographer!! I took to my mission and brought up a list of top wedding photographers in the area who all of who were charging between £250 and 450 an hour, all they needed was maximum one hour. Starting to then panic I looked at photographers nearby and found 'The Copenhagen Photographers' - I contacted Matthew, who was working abroad and he arranged for Joe to contact me. He then contacted Chris and followed the happy couple round the park in a covert mission till the proposal and captured the most beautiful pictures and stayed with them to take a few more. He did all this within their budget. I can't thank the guys enough for all the help and speed of communication getting it rolling.

If I start from reception area which feels like a nice welcoming area & a lounge where visitors can relax & wait before they meet us & our reception staff are always friendly & sweet. After this our work areas are really clean & open with minimalistic design with lots of meeting areas & some of the modern equipment we need. Lastly, we also have an employee lounge area in all floors & a fun area in one of the floors where we have area to play games with wii as well as ps4. If anything can be screwed up, they will do it. If you have them fix it, they will screw it up a few times first and charge you to do it. I have given them many chances with various shipments, but I will NEVER again use them. I have instructed my overseas' agents to NEVER book with them on my behalf because of their incompetence. A few of their customer service people are polite and as helpful as they can be, but at the supervisory level, they are not helpful. If there were negative stars to give, I would have selected it. they should not even have a 1-star rating.
