So I went in, and first off I was a bit surprised cos one guy was discussing things with clients in a room adjacent to the waiting room, with the doors wide open, which put me off a bit. Then I went to see him - I was waiting a bit cos he didn't realize I was waiting for him, though I did check in with the receptionist. When I saw them (and eventually the doors were opened again which was fun), they asked me some very basic details of my situation, and without even getting into the stuff that's causing me trouble, they told me they wouldn't help me. It was pretty frustrating, cos for one, they didn't hear even a quarter of the story, 2, they were rejecting my case despite telling me over the phone that it might be doable (and that was based on more info than I gave them in person), and for 3, they kept explaining their decision in legal terms that I was unfamiliar with, and I had to ask several times before I got enough information to understand what was going on. So yeah, not too impressed. I gave 2 stars because I didn't actually use them, so who knows, maybe they could be okay in some cases.
